Butch Vines founded Vines Realty in February, 2008. Prior to opening Vines Realty he spent approximately 15 years as a land developer and Investor. Today Mr. Vines investment portfolio stretches from Florida to West Texas. He is a active member & owner of multiple companies with interest including land development, timber harvesting, construction, and the petroleum service industry. In 2010 he transferred ownership and control of operations at Vines Realty to Ed and Heather Vines. He continues to be a active broker and advisor at Vines Realty.
